The =mini= nutROAST-IDM comes fully assembled and ready to go! This Peanut Roaster is based upon the RONCO 3000 rotisserie, professionally modified for peanut roasting. Roasting drum has Stainless Steel sidewalls for durability.  The =mini= nutROAST-IDM has an electrical ventilation system for smoke extraction which vents the roasting smoke to the outside. Complete operating and roasting instructions included, along with 1/2 cup peanuts to start you off. AGAIN, can easily roast up to 2 lb. of peanuts at a time.  This unit is designed for Indoor Use. Uses 110 volt AC. Heat proof ventilation tubing is included with purchase.

Below Picture is the =mini= nutROAST-IDM shown with it's included Stainless Steel roasting drum (also shown in unit). Electrical Ventilation system for smoke extraction is permanently attached to side of unit which is used to extract and vent roasting smoke to the outdoors. Color of unit is either white or black, at our choosing, whichever we have in stock at the time of your order.

Q: Are there any non-metal parts that are part of the drum unit?
A: Absolutely not. The drum is 100% metal construction.

Q:  What are the roasting drum sidewalls made of, aluminum or stainless steel?
A:  The roasting drum sidewalls are made of quality perforated Stainless Steel for durability.

Q: Does this roaster have vertical fins inside of the roasting drum to help evenly distribute the nuts during the roasting process? I cannot tell from the picture.
A: Yes in fact it does. The fins are attached inside of the drum, and significantly help in the roasting process.
