Shipments

Shipping Schedule
Orders are dispatched after the products stated manufacturing time (indicated by clicking products "FULFILLMENT INFO" tab), and in accordance with our following shipping schedule:

Products are shipped out from our shop Monday thru Friday during the 1st, 2nd, and 4th calendar week of the month.  No shipments are made on the 3rd calendar week of every month.  We reserve the 3rd calendar week of every month for Product Research and Development, Site Maintenance, and paperwork, without exception.  If an item you ordered indicates that shipment would occur during the 3rd calendar week of the month (due to items stated manufacturing time) it will actually ship the week later.

Orders are shipped only after receipt of full payment and any information we request to fulfill the order.  U.S. destination orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground at our sole discretion.  International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.  Since everything we sell is custom made to order, all sales are final.  $15 minimum purchase requirement (shipping not included in $15). 

Shipping fees are fully dependent upon item and destination of shipment, and include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.  We do not combine shipping on items as we found it best to ship each item separately and well protected in its own shipping box.   All items are shipped from our workshop in Connecticut.
